SCORING - No Team Scoring
QUALIFYING - Top 10 times in each event per gender after the two meets will advance to the All Star Meet on March 27th. ONLY times from the qualifying series will be accepted. (Distances from relay meet can count in Shot.)
TIMING - F.A.T. Coaches MUST enter on-line via MileSplit.
AWARDS - Medals to the top 6 in all events
ENTRY - Varsity only. Flat fee for all teams entering. Max 5 athletes for each event per team. Coaches MUST submit a Paper Entry and enter on-line at MileSplit.
SPIKES - 1/4" Pyramid spikes max.
SEEDING - Please use realistic seed times! Seeded sections in the 400m, 800m, and 1600m will run last.
SHOT PUT - Top 7 in Varsity Boys & Girls return to a 3 throw Final.
