7th Annual North Hudson Cross Country Championship
Date: Friday, October 25, 2019 At Stephen R. Gregg Park in Bayonne, NJ

*Closed Championship / Invited Teams are: Memorial, North Bergen, Secaucus (host), Union City, and Weehawken
*Please submit the entry form sent to you online to your AD as soon as possible)
*Varsity Awards: Top 15 individuals and 10 Team Championship gold medals to the winning boys and girls varsity teams. Championship Trophy to winning varsity B/G coach.
Underclass Awards: Medals to JV /Top 10 individuals; Medals to Freshman /Top 5 individuals.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Each School can enter as many as 10 runners in the varsity race. The first 5 will score, your 6 & 7 will displace, and your 8, 9, &10 runners will appear in the final results, but will not score. A school must enter a varsity team, which is a minumum 5 athletes, before you can enter any JV or Freshman race.
Order of Races:
Varsity Boys 5k / 4pm
Varsity Girls 5k / 4:25pm
Junior Varsity Boys / Girls Combined 5k/ 5pm (unlimited entry /no scoring)
Freshman Boys / Girls Combined *2 mile freshman course 5:35pm (unlimited entry /no scoring)

*We will use Essex Auto-Timing System. Must submit roster in advance on NJ Milesplit team website.
* Results will be posted on Milesplit, the HCTCA site, & sent to the Jersey Journal & Bergen Record.
*Everyone must try and bring a school AED (Janets Law) and make certain your med kit is on the bus to cover any medical incident.
This is important: Each school must Fax an insurance certificate - naming Hudson County Parks and Recreation Department as additional insured at Stephen R. Gregg Park, Bayonne.
