DON DANSER RELAYS ENTRY
1. THERE IS A 2 STEP PROCESS TO ENTER THIS MEET. COMPLETE THE MEET ENTRY FORM AND MAIL TO MEET DIRECTOR ALONG WITH PAYMENT. YOU MUST ALSO ENTER YOUR TEAM ON MILESPLIT. YOU MUST ENTER ALL EVENTS THAT YOU WISH TO COMPETE IN, THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONS ON MEET DAY. ON MILESPLIT YOU MAY ENTER 8 IN THE TRACK RELAYS AND 6 IN THE FIELD INDIVIDUAL EVENTS. ONLY 4 MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE TRACK RELAYS AND 2 - 3 IN THE FIELD INDIVIDUAL EVENTS. THE FIELD EVENTS ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS NOT RELAYS.
2. RESULTS WILL BE AVAILABLE SHORTLY AFTER THE COMPLETION OF EACH EVENT.3. NO WARM-UPS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE INFIELD4. THE CLERKING AREA LOCATION WILL BE IDENTIFIED. COACHES ARE REMINDED TO KEEP THE MEET MOVING, HAVE YOUR ATHLETE AT THE CLERKING AREA OR FIELD EVENT ON TIME. UPON ARRIVAL YOU MUST CHECK IN YOUR TEAM WITH THE CLERK, IDENTIFYING WHICH ATHLETES ARE PARTICIPATING IN WHICH EVENTS.
5.JV "B" AND "C" TEAMS WILL BE COMBINED AND SEEDED BY TIMES.
6. REMEMBER ALL UNIFORM RULES REGARDING COLOR, SCHOOL ISSUE , AND WEARING OF JEWELRY. COACHES MAKE SURE YOUR ATHLETES ARE PROPERLY ATTIRED.7. CARDS WILL NOT BE USED FOR THE TRACK EVENTS, ONLY THE FIELD EVENTS .8. AWARDS MAY BE PICKED UP FOLLOWING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS OF THAT EVENT.9. MEET ADMINISTRATIVE TABLE WILL LOCATED NEAR THE INFIELD.
10. JV IS NOT IN A SMALL OR LARGE GROUPING.
11. 1/4 SPIKE SIZE ALLOWED " FOR ALL TRACK EVENTS AND JUMPS
12. NO HEAD SETS OF ANY TYPE ARE PERMITTED ON THE TRACK, IN ANYCOMPETITION AREA OR IN THE PADDOCK. PLEASE ADVISE YOUR ATHLETES.13. ONCE THIS MEET IS CLOSED THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONS OR CHANGES TO WHAT A TEAM HAS ENTERED.
14. ON-LINE ENTRY MUST BE COMPLETED BY THURSDAY 4/4 - 6:00 PM
