2019 JERSEY CITYINDOOR TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPTuesday - January 15,2019 @ 4:30 PMJC Armory, 678 Montgomery St.
ENTRYMETHOD: Entries Must be done via paper and on-line using NJ MileSplit.NJ Races will beproviding F.A.T.timing and will have heat sheets available, for the coaches, at the meet forscratches.On-line entry deadlinewill be noted on NJ MileSplit by NJ Races.
COST: $8 per athlete per event. $16 per relay.
Meet cannotoperate at a loss. Please enter to max extent possible or the meet may be cancelled.
AWARDS: Medals to top 3 in each event, eachdivision.Plaque to winning Varsity& Freshmen teams.No team awards or scoringin JV events.
UNIFORMS: Athletes must wear school-issued uniforms. All rules regarding jewelry and undergarmentswill be enforced.
SPIKES: 1/4inch pyramid spikes are the only spikes allowed.
ENTRY: Three (3) individuals and one (1) relay in Varsity andFreshmen Divisions.
Unlimited individualsin JV events.
Athletes mayNOT move between Freshmen & Varsity.
Four (4) eventmaximum applies to all athletes.
DEADLINE: Thursday -January 11, 2019 for paper entries to email. Online: 12pm on Meet Day
