| BIB #'s: | - Bib#'s will be preassigned in your packets. Please use a SINGLE PIN (provided in your packet) in the top of the card. DO NOT PIN THROUGH THE PRE-PUNCHED HOLE ON THE SIDE OF THE CARD.
- Bib# cards will be removed and collected in the chute and kept in the order of finish. Please make sure your athletes are aware and know to move through the chute until their bib# card is collected.

| RESULTS: | - Results will be compiled upon completion of each race and will be made available as soon as bib#'s and finish times are entered.
- Results will be posted on NJ Milesplit AND will be emailed to the coaches.
- PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR ATHLETES TO THE SCORING TABLE TO SEE RESULTS.

| AWARDS: | - Top-25 individuals in each race will receive awards.
- ONLY COACHES CAN PICK UP AWARDS. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ATHLETES TO THE SCORING TABLE TO PICK UP AWARDS OR ASK FOR THEIR TIME. IT CREATES TOO MUCH CHAOS.
