SJTCA Winter Meet #3 2019

Coaches,

I am guessing that due to it being the Holidays and a Saturday the entries to the meet are lighter than normal.  As such we are going to increase the entries in some events (see below)  Each event will have one additional person allowed to compete.   This will also increase the amout of alternates that you can enter.

For example the shot put was 2 to compete and 4 can be entered (2 alternates) now 3 will compete and you can put in 6 (3 alternates)

HJ (3)-- Starting Height 4'0 (G)  4'8 (B)--------- Change to 4

SP (2)---- Change to 3

PV (4)  Starting Height 6'0 (G)  7'0 (B)-----   This would remain unchanged due to time constraints

DMR (1)---   Will not change since it is a relay

4x200 (1)---   Will not change since it is a relay

400 (3)--   Change to 4

55m (4)--  Change to 5

800 (3)--  Change to 4

55H (4)--  Change to 5

4x400 (1)--  Will not change since it is a relay

3200 (2)--   Change to 3****** ***The 3200 will run in the following order (different from the other events) Girls seeded 3200, Boys seeded 3200, Girls unseeded heats, Boys unseeded heats.  Ok that is all for now.  Looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday.   Cal
