New Jersey XC 2012 - Ya Gotta Love It!!
In a scant 44 days, Jerser Harriers will toe the line for the first races of the 2012 New Jersey Cross Country season. I don't know about you, but I cannot wait for September 14th. Cross Country is my favorite of the 3 running seasons and I am really excited about the coming season.
NJRunners begins it's pre season coverage with a look at the returning individuals and their top times over the 5,000 Meter distance. In the coming days, We'll also look at returners (Teams as well as Individuals) by:

Because lengendary Holmdel Park is so integral to NJ Cross Country, we'll take an in depth look at returning athletes' performances over this "Mecca" of XC. We'll visit with some of this year's prospective top runners and coaches. We will also publish our updated All Time Holmdel Individual Lists
We'll end the month and enter September with NJRunners Top 10 picks and the 2012 debit of our panel of experts and the Weekly NJ High School XC Poll .Keep coming back as we fill the rest of the Summer with Pre Season Cross Country coverage.
2012 XC Returners
These lists give you a look at the performances of the 2012 returning runners over the standard 5000 meter distance. XC courses vary in terrain, levels of difficulty, etc. While Holmdel Park has become the benchmark of Cross Country running in NJ, there are many courses throughout the state and many fine times are turned in
