November 17th will be here before you know it and you'll wnt to be on that line for the Meet of Champions. Want to build that distance base and have a great time doing it? Come out to the Holmdel Sunday Long Run tomorrow and join in.
Imagine...A long run early on a Sunday morning over the historic trails of Holmdel Park with over 100 like minded athletes. Meet and mingle, get your long run done and over before the July heat hits, enjoy some refreshments and some fun and then have the rest of the day for yourself.
NJRunners will be there again to add to the fun with another Tee Shirt giveaway and a chance to win a Gift Certificate from the Running Company Stores at the end of the season if you can predict your Holmdel SB!
The action starts at Holmdel HS with running groups forming at 8:00 and hitting the roads by about 8:15. As always Coach 
McCafferty and Coach Bennett will have refreshments ready as you return from your workout. Come on out and experience the Holmdel Sunday Long Run. You won't regret it!
