The Action Continues
After an exciting Non Public Groups Championships last night, the action continues this afternoon as Groups 1 & 4 go at it to see who will earn tickets to the Big Dance, the Meet of Champions set for next Saturday here in Toms River. NJRunners will be on site again all day to bring you reports, results and more. Come back and see what;s going on throughout the day!
Before we start todays action, a couple of things from last night;
* If there was an Athlete of the Meet last night it was Sarah Quinn of Gill-St. Bernards who was the only athlete to complete an individual double. Sarah won the 1600m in a fine 5:07.55 and came back to dominatethe 3200m with a 11:10.36
* Had Union Catholic not been dropped down to NP B, it would have been a monster meet in the other division with CBA. Both teams came loaded for bear and it could have one of those meets, like the Girls A event that came down to the 4x4.
* The Red Bank Catholic Girls take the A title with Zero points in the Field Events
