Edward Cheserek continued his march to All Time status tonight at the Larry Elllis Memorial Invitational at Princeton University's Weaver Track. Cheserek, a sophmore at St. Benedict's Prep (Newark) ran a US #1 14:02.33 to finish 3rd in the 5000 meters. The mark is also the National Sophmore Class record.
At the same meet, Megan Lacy, running for the Juvenyus club recorded the #2 US marks with a time of 16:50.75 for 5k. Her time is also the #2 mark All Time in New Jersey.
