*Megan Lacy (jr. Cherokee) Ran her way into the record books at the Burlington County Open Championships smashing the meet and course record in the process. Lacy's Time of 17:53 was 52 seconds faster than the meet record set last year by Caitlin Orr of Lenape. Lacy is on a crash course for a showdown with Megan Venables (Highland Regional) at the Meet of Champions on November 20th.

Megan Venables (Highland Reg.) for her outlandish performance at the Camden Co. Championships finishing the 5k race in 17:45
*Ed Cheserek (so. St Benedict's) Blitzed his way onto the all-time list up at the Brown Invitational (RI) on the Goddard Park Course. Cheserek smoked the course with a time of 15:00.8 just .3 tenths of a second off of the course record set by Corey Thorne who traversed the course in '04

Ben Potts (Haddonfield) - Potts competed at the NYC XC Carnival @ Van Cortlandt Park. He won his race over 4000m in 12:41.6, seven seconds faster than his teammate Matt Nussbaum who took 2nd
Nick Ward (Indian Hills) - Took his talents to the Big North Division Championships at Darlington Park in Mahwah NJ. Ward won his race in a PR time of 15:31
