It has been learned that Tim Ball, who set the state Soph record for 1600m (4:10.57), has transferred from Bishop Ahr HS (Non-Public A) in Edison to Piscataway HS which competes in the North II Section of Group 4. Ball who will be a junior also has personal best times of 9:23.70 for 3200m and has run 16:42 over the Holmdel XC layout.
Per NJSIAA rules governing transfers, Ball will sit out the first 30 days of the Xc season and will be eligible to compete for the Chiefs on October 10th.
