- Quick Notes: Winslow's Olivia Okaro didn't waist time recording a big PR of 7.34 in the 55m dash. Eastern Regional's Eva Sprewell cleared 5-4 in the high jump, Allentown's Jack Mulryne 6-2. Winslow Township 1:49.02 and Eastern Regional 1:49.17 with an exciting head to head 4x200m. Chloe Conti of Allentown had an exciting kick to win the 1600m at 5:18.91.

- Quick Notes: Rumson-Fair Haven's star junior Clemmie Lilley opened up her season with a school record 600m win of 1:37.60, an early US No. 2, teammate Reese Reynolds Malone second 1:39.55, Angelina George of Manasquan 1:40.82 for third. Kathleen Keefe of Manasquan clocked 41.58 US No. 11 to win 300m. Eamon Golden of RFH won the boys 300m at 36.23. Four girls over the 5-0 high jump bar led by Tatiana Camilo of Woodbridge at 5-2. Four boys cleared 6-0 with junior David Brown of Edison NJ No. 1 US No. 12 at 6-3.

- Quick Notes: Sofia Swindell of Lawrenceville School ran a 300m dash time of 39.97, 8.48 in the 55H, and cleared 35-6.5 in the triple jump! The Livingston boys clocked 1:30.89 to win the 4x200m. Isaac Greene of Blair Academy won the 1000m 2:32.73. Livingston went 1-2-3 in the 300m led by Luke Petryna at 36.02.
