Flight Sheets: CBA's Penn Qualifier Throws Meet

The 2023 outdoor season is finally upon us and opening day is kicking off with Christian Brothers Academy's Penn Relays Throws Qualifier! NJ MileSplit will be on site recording every throw and conducting interviews with winners during Monday's competition in Lincroft, NJ.

With a deep field and brand new throwing facilities this early season meet is aiming to provide one of the best opportunities these athletes will have to qualify for the Penn Relays Carnival Presented by Toyota, which will run from April 27th through 29th at Franklin Field in Philadelphia. 


Meet Schedule

Monday April 3rd - Athletes arrive anytime after 3:00pm. The meet may run ahead or behind.

  • 3:25 PM--Girls javelin warm-up
  • 4:00 PM--Girls javelin competition, boys and girls shot warm-up
  • 4:35 PM--Boys and girls shot put competition, boys javelin warm-up
  • 5:10 PM--Boys javelin competition, girls discus warm-up (warm-ups at exterior discus cage)
  • 5:45 PM--Girls discus competition, boys discus warm-up (warm-ups at exterior discus cage)
  • 6:20 PM--Boys discus competition **

**Meet management may split the boys discus into two flights if running ahead of schedule. If it goes off around 6:20pm it will likely remain as a single flight due to fading sunlight.
