Hello New Jersey Track and Field! We want to keep growing coverage and NJ MileSplit is looking for some extra hands this outdoor season at high school track and field meets.
Even if it's just a few in your area, we pay on a meet by meet basis, if we only secure a few local meet dates with you that's more help than we had and would appreciate it!
We have one or two paid monthly stipend positions available as well for the more well rounded consistent content creators (video, interviews, articles).
We are also interested in working with contributors who are just starting out or looking to gain experience so feel free to submit.

Roles We're Looking For:
- Record Competition Videos: We're hoping to send out as many team members as we can each week to record race videos and or field videos to be uploaded to the site after each meet. When we record particular events we like to capture every heat, flight, round. (examples)
- Photography: We have a solid team already here but could use another photographer North and South to help us reach more meets. Our albums style is to capture as many athletes as possible across various events so there's a better chance someone will find a memory keepsake. (examples)
- Interviews / Recap: We are interested in sending individuals to record video interviews with top performers at meets as well as post a written recap on the site. Sometimes this role would also look for some highlight recordings of the action or a full race video or so from these meets as well. When possible would be paired at a meet with someone who would be recording videos or capturing photos.
- Metro Position: This is our monthly stipend position where you receive a set amount per month and are expected to visit a certain amount of meets and or produce a certain amount of content ranging from uploaded videos, interviews, articles.
- Note that some longer meets can run for 5+ hours at times, so be prepared to be on your feet. Race videos will require a spot at the top of the stands or booth as well.
- All payments are direct deposit, you'd be setup with a payment system to submit expenses after meet coverage is complete.
