7:38 p.m. GET UR SOUTH BRUNSWICK BOOM JOB ON!!!!!! CONGRATS TO THE VIKINGS ON TAKING BOITH TEAM TITLES. WHAT A PROGRAM!!! YOU JUTS CAN'T FIND MANY COMBINED BOYS AND GIRLS PROGRAMS THAT CAN MATCH WHAT SOUTH BRUNSWICK DOES-YEAR AND YEAR OUT!!!! JUST AAAAA-MAZING!!    

7:30 p.m. South Brunswick puts an exclamation point on its team title by winning the boys 4x400!!   

7:15 p.m. P-Way wins the girls 4x400!!!

7:10 p.m. HERE COMES VIDHUR POLAM!!!! He's going to be close the meet record.... And.... he gets it!!!! 9:20.53 for the South Brunswick. That's 3 meet records today!!!!!    

7:00 P.M. Boys 3,200 is on the track, so that means it's VIDUR Time!!!

6:57 p.m. YOWZAAAA!!!!!! Mitchell blows up the track again!!!! 22.34 to win the 200!! GET UR 4 GOLD MEDALS ON!!!!  

6:55 P.M. It's Mitchell time again!!! Will he get his 4th gold of the meet! here in the 200!!  

6:50 P.M.  BRIAN MCSWEENY OF EB CLEARS 14-6 TO BREAK THE MEET RECORD IN THE POLE VAULT!!!  

6:38 p.m. ARRINGTON GET THE WIN IN 25.54 TO 25.59 OVER ASANTE!!! WHAT A RACE!!!

6:35 p.m. Great showdown coming here between 100 dash champ  Kaleia Arrington of Piscataway and double hurdle champ Adelaide Asante of North Brunswick.    

6:32 p.m. Girls 4x200 is finally on the track.

6:15 p.m.  A long delay here as the 200 heats are being sorted out.  

6:11 p.m. 200's are next

6:10 p.m.  Look out for Mary Malague!!!! The junior at Metuchen just ran a nine second PR to win the 3,200 in 11:09.97!!!! What a meet for Malague!! On Monday, she dropped 7 seconds off her PR to get 2nd in the 1600 in 5:10.41.    

5:52 p.m. Girls 3,200 is next .

5:50 P.M. Mitchell also won the LJ!!!! He will go for a 4th gold in the 200 later!!!   

5:49 p.m. Mitchell just lit this track up, blasting across the line to secure the gold for the P-Way boys in the 4x100 in 43.39! That's just off their season best of 43.39..   

5:45 p.m. Boys 4x100 is next. Look out everyone, 100 dash champ Kaelen Mitchell is anchoring for Piscataway.   

5:41 p.m. It's EB with the win in the girls 4x100 in 51.02.!! The hard-charging Asante brings North Brunswick cross 2nd in 51.27.

5:37 p.m. Girls 4x100 is off.  Asante is anchoring for North Brunswick. Will she get her third gold?? 

5:26 p.m. The 4x100 's are on deck

5:20 p.m. Unseeded boys 3,200 now running

5:07 p.m. Unseeded 3,200 are next. Girls first

5:05 p.m. Asante owns this race! She wins big in an NJ#3 and big PR of 14.87. Get ur hurdle double on. Asante also win the 400 H yesterday in a NJ#2 62.59. Will Asante add to her gold medal haul?? She will be back in the 200 and the 4x100. 

5:04 p.m. It's Asante's turn to rock the HH hurdles. 

4:59 p.m. SERRAO GET IT!!!!! 14.12!!!! GET UR NEW MEET RECORD ON!!!! 14.12!! CONGRATS CHRIS!!! The old record of 14.23 was set in 2010! Getting this Pat???? lol

4:55 p.m. It's time for Chris Serrao to go break that HH meet record of 14.23!!! Will he get it??

4:52. Medeiros comes charging down the final straight and comes flying across the line with a lot left in an NJ#4 1:53.11. Lots of guys celebrate after getting under 2:00 and running PR's!!!! 5 guys went sub 2:00.

4:50 p.m. Medeiros is out in 56.4 and has a 5 meter lead. 

4:45 p.m. Nick Medeiros is on deck here in the boys 800! 

4:30 p.m. Great battle to the line in the girls 800 as senior Eleni Alvarez of St. Thomas Aquinas makes a huge move with 250 to to grab the lead and that makes a decisive surge with 25 meters left to secure the hard-fought victory with a huge PR of 2:22.25. Edison senior Gayathri Narayanan, who led at the bell in 69.8,  finished a step a half step behind in second wit a big PR of 2:22.35. 

4:22 p.m. Girls 800's are next. 3 heats for those keeping track of that kind of stuff.

4:20 p.m. Serrao goes 15.10 to lead all qualifiers.  

4:09 p.m. Boys HH trials are up now. Look out for Chris Serrao of East Brunswick!! He said he wants to break the meet record (14.23) and get under 14. Stay tuned. 

4:08 p.m. Asante is the fastest qualifier as expected with a 15.15! 

4:05 p.m. Adelaide Asante, who won the girls 400 hurdles yesterday with a NJ#2 62.59, is the favorite to win the HH. She also won the HH in 2019.     

4:01 p.m.  Word around the track (a trusted source) is that Old Bridge All-American Nick Medeiros will focus on the 800 today and not run the 4x400. But you can bet come the state meets that the Hoya-bound stud will be tripling the 400/800/4x400.  

4:00 p.m. Slight breeze and temps in the low 70's here at Frank Jost. 

3:59 p.m. First gun has goes off for the girls HH trials.

3:58 p.m. Time to get this party started!!!!! Girls HH trials are first.
