Here are your top 500 returning boys for NJ in the 400m hurdles. The defending champion for the NJSIAA Meet of Champions returns, Ramy Berberena leads the state and ranks US#3 heading into the season with his PR run of 51.66. 

If his win totals and Group 4 and MOCs titles weren't impressive enough last year Ramy hit that huge PR of 51.66 for second at New Balance Nationals Outdoor for All-American status. He finished just .01 behind the winner Aaron Shirley of VA, who is now graduated.
