Jackson Memorial boys won their ninth overall county relay team and second in the past three years scoring 67 points. For the girls of Southern Regional a massive 12 year streak successfully continued, they have 13 titles overall.
Boys Title: On the track Jackson Memorial's boys won three events including the 4x200m - 1:33.95, 4x400m - 3:36.79, and 4x800m - 8:37.54. Those wins were complimented by second place finishes in the shuttle - 32.06 and distance medley relay - 11:29.45 as well as a third place run in the sprint medley - 3:47.64.
The field athletes for Jackson Memorial also had strong performances. In the shot put Collin McCarthy ranked second individually at 51-11 and Colby Slay ranked sixth throwing 42-2.25. For the high jump Tyron Blackwell cleared 5-08 ranked third, followed by teammate Jake McKown with a 5-04 bar.
Girls Title: For Southern Regional's girls they won four events on the track including the SMR - 4:37.97, 4x800m - 10:04.47, DMR - 13:04.93, and 4x400m - 4:19.59 and finished second in the shuttle - 34.86 and 4x200m - 1:51.75.
Gianna Crawford cleared 4-10 to rank second in the high jump, teammate Bailey Hradek 4-08. As an individual Maria Mezzo vaulted to 10-0 to rank second.

- A battle brewed in the girls shot put between the top two girls in the state! NJ#2 ranked Elizabeth Makar of Pinelands Reg won with a mark of 40-10 over NJ#1 ranked Donovan Catholic's Bryanna Wilson who threw 40-01. We'll be seeing this showdown a few more times.
- Brick Memorial girls clocked 34.67 to win the 4x51.5m shuttle hurdles.
- Manchester Township won the 4x200m out of the first heat running 1:51.02.
- Emma Fortuna of Toms River North cleared 5-00 to lead the meet in the girls high jump.
- Donovan Catholic's Alexa Moore vaulted 10-06 to lead the pole vault individually.
- Toms River North boys won by nearly two seconds in the Sprint Medley running 3:43.94.
- In the boys DMR while still battling for the team title Southern Regional clocked 11:24.81 for the win over Jackson Memorial's 11:29.45. Southern also won the shuttle hurdle relay at 31.05.
- Jackson Liberty's Cameron Wilson and Toms River East's Vasco Pereira both cleared 5-10 in the high jump.
- Toms River North's relay team claimed the top two pole vault spots to win the relay thanks to Connor Bennett's 14-00 and Joseph Morales' 12-00.
- The NJ#2 ranked shot putter Tyler Konopka of Toms River South threw 55-03 to lead the shot put. His teammate Robert Babson ranked third overall for the meet at 50-10.5.
