If you are looking for the best possible wall-to-wall, start line to finish line coverage of the New Balance Shore Coaches Meet, you have come to the right place. You name it, you will find it here.

Live updates will be down below, tons of photos will be posted, videos from the mile, 2-mile mark and finish line for the varsity races and lots of video interviews will all be coming straight at you. So keep checking back here for the latest updates. 

There are several other great things to keep an eye as over 6,500 runner will take the start line today in 27 races!!! 

This is the meet that separates the pretenders from the contenders, and solidifies who the top teams and runners in the state are.

There's a bunch of great team and individual matchups on tap today, so strap on a seat belt on and enjoy an awesome day of XC.   

Just how awesome is today? It's a distance runners dream with 27 races on the schedule!!!! That means from 9 a.m. until around 5:15 p.m. there will be races going on here. How awesome is that!!!!!  Next to the state meets, this is the best day of the season!!  

FYI- NJ #1 CBA WILL NOT BE RUNNING ITS TOP GUYS TODAY. THEY ARE LOADING UP FOR THE EASTERN RACE AT VANNY NEXT WEEK.

6:00 Time to log off and get a run in. Going to run the course backwards. No, not actually running it backeards, but in reverse. Much harder. Try it sometime and let me know how right I am. 

5:51 p.m. HOLMDEL PARK RECORD ALERT!!! I just got word that 525 cases of water were donated today!!!! The water will go to those in need in Newark!!

Thanks to everyone for making the bottled water drive such a success. You guys filled a 26 foot truck with over a ton of water!!!!! How awesome is that!!! You guys are the best! GET UR NJ XC IS SECOND TO NOINE ON!!!

5:02 P.M. This is officially one of the greatest Shore Coaches XC Meets Ever. Three guys at 15:32 and 6 under 16! Two girls under 17:50 and another at 18:00!!!!  NJ XC IS STRAIGHT FIRE!!!

4:40 p.m. Collin McCafferty of Princeton wins the boys JV C race in 17:35. Ocean City wins the team title, 47-54.

4:15 p.m. NJ #1 Ridgewood wins the girls A race in 19:14 and goes 2-7-9-12-19 to defeat North Hunterdon, 49-84.   

4:08 p.m. YOWZAAAAAA!!!!! THIS MEET IS OFFICIALLY OFF THE CHAIN!!!! CHLOE GONZALEZ JUST WENT 17:45!!!!!! CAMRYN WENNERSTEN 17:47!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! 

Gonzalez, in her season opening "Rust Buster'', is now tied forf No. 6 all-time at Holmdel and Wennersten just broke the soph. course record and now  tied for No. 8 in course history!!! 

3:45 p.m. Manon Stephen of Ridge wins the girls B race in 18:50. In battle of state powers, the Ridge girls edged Mendham, 55-62. Ridge averaged 19:57 and went 1-6-14-15-19. Mendham went 4-8-9-12=29 and averaged 20:09. 

3:28 p.m. Corrine Barney wins the girls C race in 19:04 to lead a 1-2-3 finish for Indian Hills. Indian Hills averages20:05. defats Allentown, 30-64.

3:05 p.m. LOOK OUT FOR WW North!!! The Knights win a loaded Boys A race by averaging 16:23 2-14-16-22-26. WW North defeated Mendham, 80-100. Cherokee 3rd with 100. Westfield fourth with 144. WW South 5th with 165. Danbury 6th with 177. Cherry Hill East 7th 195 

3:00 p.m. HOLY SMOKES!!! GET UR FANTASTIC FINISH ON!!!! GET UR KEVIN ANTCZAK ON!!!!

Antczak made a huge late surge to catch XC rookie Luke Johnson of WW North with 20 meters left to win the A RACE in 15:32!!! JOHNSON ALSO TIMED IN 15:32!!!! Antzcak and Johnson are now tied for No. 17 in school history.   

Antczak's 15:32 breaks Mainland's Holmdel record of 15:38 held by Greg Hughes.  

How about Johnson. He's a senior running XC for the first time this season and he goes 15:32 in hios first race ever at Holmdel!!! That's crazy!! Who has ever run that fast in their Holmdel debut??? I can only think of one guy-CHESEREK!!!

2:46 p.m. Ryan Hamblet of Lake Braddock in Va. wins the B race in 16:17. Hamblet came from way back to reel in Edwin Klanke of St. Peter's Prep.  Ridgefield of Conn. with the team title, 95-101 over North Hunterdon. 

2:30 P.M. Ridge takes the boys C race, 37-104 over Ocean City. Ridge went 2-3-5-10-17 and averaged 16:41 

2:25 GET UR MURPH ON!! GET UR 15:32 ON!!!!!

2:10 pm IT'S MURPH TIME!!!! HOW LOW WILL HE GO?? I SAY SUB 15:30.

2:08 p.m. What a team race!!!! Voorhees beats Haddam-Killingworth of Conn. on a Tiebreaker!!!!! Josh Kinsky was the No. 6 man for Voorhees, edging the No. 6 man from Haddom-Killingworth by six places and six seconds. 

2:05 p.m. TJ Harkins of Immaculata goes 16:10 for the win in Boys D!! Huge Holmdel PR!!!!

1:51 p.m. Boys Varsity D race is on the course. 

1:50 p.m. GET UR CBA FRESHMEN ON!!! THE YOUNG COLTS JUST BURNED THIS PLACE UP!!

NICK SULLIVAN OF CBA GOES 11:09 TO TIE THE 3,200M CR SET BY CURRENT CBA SENIOR TROY HILL IN 2016 AND LEADS CBA TO CR AVERAGE OF 11:36!!! CBA DESTROYED THE CR AVERAGE OF 11:47 THAT CHEROKEE SET IN 2016. CONGRATS!!

139 p.m. Blaik Slavinski of Pt. Pleasant Boro wins the boys Freshman B race in 11:19. Summit defeats Chatham, 81-95, for the team title.  

1:31 p.m. Paige Kelly of Red Bank just won the girls Freshman A race in 13:09. What a race between Union County rivals Summit and Westfield!!! Summit edges Westfield, 89-90!!!! Summit went 5-8-15-27-34 and Westfield 3-14-17-26-30.    

1:30 p.m. WOAH!!! The Ridge girls just crushed the girls JV A race!!! Sr. Tatum Peskin led a 1-2-4-6-7-11-13 finish for Coach Tim Mooney's crew. Ridge averaged 21:26. 

1:00 p.m. Jr. Allentown Sophia Thompsen just won the girls JV B race in 20:59 and look out for the Mendham girls. Mendham, a program that is just crazy deep with young talent, rolled to a 22-49 win over Lake Braddock of Va. Mendham went 1-2-3-4-12 and averaged 22:10. 

12:30 p.m. The women's coaches champ ran 20:00!!! 

12:26 p.m. YOWZAA!!!! DANIEL WINN JUST DROPPED A 15:27 TO WIN THE COACHES RACE!!! Will that be the top time of the day?? What do you think, Liam Murphy? Can you beat that???  

Don't be surprised by what Winn ran- He runs with the HOKA New Jersey*New York Track Club and has a heck of resume.

Winn is a 2015 graduate from the University of Oregon, where he went from freshman walk-on to the eventual school record holder in the indoor mile. He has finished as high as 7th at the USA Outdoor Championships and 8th at 2016 Olympic Trials in the 1500m and finished 2nd for the United States at the NACAC Championships. He has PR personal bests of 3:37.56 for 1500m and 3:56.73

12:15 p.m. Freshman Frank Joseph of Gov. Livingston wins the boys JV D race in 17:58. Haddam-Killingworth of Conn. wins the team title, 34-57 over Haddonfield.

12:01 p.m. It's warming up just a bit here, but still ideal for racing-up to 55 degrees.

12:00 p.m. Time to go check and see if we need to get another truck for all the bottled water. NJ XC teams are delivering in a huge way at today's Water Drive. Thank You!!! 

11:55 a.m. There are a bunch of JV races coming up and the Coaches Race. Next varsity race is at 1:50 p.m. 

11:51 a.m. Haddonfield wins the girls Varsity D race in a big way by going 3-4-8-10-13 for 38 points. Haddonfield averaged 20:06. 

11:50 a.m. Emma McGill of Voorhees win the girls D race in 18:51

11:40 a.m. Union Catholic rolls to the girls E Division title. The Vikings went 3-4-5-2-12 to win 37-103 over Robbinsville. UC averaged 20:47. 

11:34 a.m. Hayley Amisano of Mater Dei runs a PR of 18:58 to win the girls Varsity E race. Her previous best was 19:12 from a duel meet last month!!!! Holy Smokes!!! Check this out-Amisano has dropped 1:28 off her Holmdel PR from last year!!! 

11:15 a.m. Kent Place captured the girls F Division team title, 77-98 over Villa Walsh. KP went 3-9-16-18-31 and averaged 21:07. 

11:13 a.m. Great team battle in the boys E race as Bernards edged Gov. Livingston, 113-117. Bernards went 7-14-19-23-50 and averaged 18:00. GL finished 6-10-20-39-42 and averaged 18:03.    

11:11 a.m. YOWZAAAA!!!!! CHARLOTTE BEDNAR JUST BLEW THIS PLACE UP!!! 18:00!!!!!! That's tied for No. 17 all-time on the Holmdel list!!!! Multiple state champ Nicole Vanasse of Pingry was second in 18:40!

It was the first ever race at Holmdel for Bednar, a soph. from Lawrenceville who was the top freshman finisher at the Nike XC Nationals last year when she was 12th with a PR of 17:29!!!!! Bednar ran for Hun last year. 

11:00 a.m. AUSTIN GABAY MAKES HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT HIS COLLEGE PLANS    

10:55 a.m.GET UR AUSTIN GABAY ONI!!! 15:58!!!! The senior from Cinnaminson wins the Boys E race by 42 seconds!! Gabay broke his Holmdel PR by 3 seconds.

10:42 a.m. Haddon Township wins the Boys F team title by averaging 17:22 going 2-9-15-19-21 to win with 66 points.

10:40 a.m. Here comes Delbarton Sr. Stephen Daly!! He wins the Boys F Race in 16:23!! That's a 23 second Holmdel PR!! Look out for Daly at the State A race next month. He's super fit and ready to go under 16 here!!!   

10:15 a.m. Look out for Zach Williams NJ of Audubon!!! The Jr. just won the Varsity G race in 16:36, crushing his former Holmdel PR of 17:20!!!! 

10:03 a.m. The Boys Varsity G race is off. 

10:02 a.m. Haddonfield rocked the girls JV C race with a 2-3-5-7-16 finish and an average of 22:28 

10:01 a.m. Sr. Sophia El-Zahr of Voorhees wins the girls JV C race in 21:12, just off her Holmdel PR of 20:58.

9:42 Girls JV C race is next

9:41 a.m. Lawrenceville wins the boys JV E race by going 2-10-11-15-21 and winning with 59 points and averaging 19:11.

9:40 a.m. Sr. Tyler Sargent of Haddon Heights win the boys JV E title in 18:15, a PR for any course. Sargent's previous PR was 18:18 from Pennypacker Park on Tuesday.    

9:27 a.m. BIG SHOUTOUT TO ALL THE TEAMS THAT HAVE  ALREADY DONATED WATER TO THE WATER DRIVE TODAY!!!!! Every bus that I saw pull up had at least a case of water to donate, and many teams had more than one case. We made need a bigger truck!!!! The NJ running community is so awesome!!! Thanks again, everyone!!!

9:26 a.m. Boys JV E race is off.

9:25 a..m. WOW! The Mountain Lakes girls just crushed that freshman C race. They went 2-3-4-5-8 and averaged 16:06 to win with 22 points. Game! Set! Match!!!   

9:24 a.m. Here comes Arianna Cane of Bishop Eustace. She wins the girls Freshman C race in1 14:18. It's the first win of her career!  Congrats!! 

9:13 a.m. Girls Freshman B race is on the course!

9:12 a.m. Bernards wins the boys Freshman C title by going 5-9-10-20-31 and averaging 12:58 for the 2-mile race.

9:11 a.m. Christian Ellwood of Notre Dame win the boys freshman C race in 12:06!!! Ellwood was 7th at the mile and then took control in the back woods and kicked strong to secure the win!! It's the first win of his young career.

8:59 a.m. Here we go!!!! the boys freshman C race is off  

8:54 a.m. It's a little chilly here for fans with temps in the high 40's, but it's perfect if you're running!!! Going to be tons of PR's!!!!!
