WINNERS UPDATE

A thank you to everyone who voted, between the two polls we saw a new season best of 25,610 votes cast.

Girls Poll Winner - Tionna Tobias of Winslow Twp - 39.15% of the Girls Votes - 4,978 total! - Tobias has been a staple of NJ track and field for years now and I'm sure this won't be the last time we see her name toward the top of the POTW Polls. This particular week she hit an 18-09.5 NWI mark in the long jump which was the state leading performance at the time and still holds strong at NJ#2.

Not only that but she was an important part of an impressive overall team performance on the track at Woodbury Relays which saw Winslow Twp winning multiple events and the Division 3 team title. Tobias was awarded the Most Valuable Female Athlete award by the Woodbury meet.

Boys Poll Winner - Jabari Higgs of Haddon Heights - 42.77% of the Boys Votes - 5,515 total! - Higgs was listed this week for his 22-11 NWI long jump which now ranks NJ#2 but was the state leading performance at the time. For this and his performances on the track for Haddon Heights Higgs won the Woodbury Relays' Outstanding Athlete award.
