Online Registration for Both Middle and High School Meets

Meet Directors and Timers if you haven't joined us with online registration as of yet we'd love to have you make the switch, here is a list of the features you can benefit from. There has been a large growth of meets utilizing MileSplit's online registration in New Jersey these past few seasons. This spring has also started adding more middle school meets to that list.

How it Can Help You

  • It is a free all in one Meet Management and Team Management service!
  • Keep track of entries coming in, know when you've reached your limits and tally entry fees in real time.
  • This is the same system the NJSIAA state meets use, meaning it'll be a more streamlined process for NJ teams already familiar with it.
  • Different Seeding Options: You can have verified only performances, coach entered or hand timed performances, F.A.T. Only, or even a mix of both. There is a seed updating option that meet managers can run from time to time to keep entries up to date right up to the meet. There are also minimum standards you can set for athletes getting into your competition.
  • Flexibility: as a meet manager you can close and re-open meets, set passwords, have entry deadlines as close to the meet as you and your timer can handle.
  • Entry Flexibility: You can set entry limits on specific events, multiple divisions, have password requirements for invitational only affairs.
  • Mass email to keep in touch or make announcements to your entered teams and coaches.
  • With more meets around the state, especially at the high school level, and NJSIAA meets utilizing our registration and rosters this is one streamlined way to do things rather than have your coaches maintain multiple types of rosters.
  • All this information can download to common timing programs, such as Hytek and RaceTab.
  • We want your meet entry to succeed and will help you make sure it does. If your coaches have online registration questions or issues for your NJ meets you can send them to rkellert@milesplit.com.
  • More details and information
  • You can start creating your own meet today with our Online Registration Meet Wizard, many of our state's great timers also know how to create meets so discus this with them as well in case they want to make it first. Make sure you check to see if your meet is already on the calendar before making one from total scratch to avoid duplicates. We also have a quick video tutorial for the Wizard
  • If you have NEW JERSEY based questions about online registration contact rkellert@milesplit.com.

Middle School Meets Jumping On Board

There has been a huge wave of high school level meets joining online registration with us these past few years. Now middle school meets have also started to upgrade their entry process to MileSplit Online Registration.

The first meet to join us for the spring time is the 3rd Annual New Jersey Middle School Track and Field Invitational on May 6th in Lakewood, NJ with a solid mix of individual and relay events. You can register for that competition below. Later on in May two county championships have also added themselves to our calendar with the Ocean and Sussex meets listed below.

New Jersey Middle School Track and Field Invitational

Sussex County Middle School Championships

Ocean County Middle School Tournament of Champions

Rowan University Girls HS Open (Has Middle School 800m and 4x100m)

I have made sure that all Sussex and Ocean County teams are already on our site for the County Championships, they are linked on the meet pages for your convenience. If you cannot find your team to register for the New Jersey Middle School Invitational please email rkellert@milesplit.com with the following information and I will set one up for you.

  • Category: HS, MS, College
  • Name of School:
  • Address
  • street - required
  • city - required
  • state - required
  • zip - required
  • County - required
  • Website (if applicable)
  • Your MileSplit username

If you don't want to use online registration we'd still like to know about your meet and post it to our calendar. The more results and performances we receive from the middle school ranks the more in depth state rankings and leaderboards there will be for that level. Send that info to rkellert@milesplit.com, I also have tips for posting hand timed meets to our site.
