This past Wednesday Cade Antonucci, a junior from Holy Spirit, won his first Meet of Champions title throwing 205-8 in the javelin. It wasn't only a first for him but he is credited as the first boy to win an MOCs title from Holy Spirit. He already threw farther the weekend leading into the event at Group Championships when he won with a 206-10 toss, still the state leading mark. Antonucci is the only New Jersey boy to throw over 200 feet in the javelin this season and ranks US#8! In fact only 17 boys in the entire country this spring have gone over the 200 feet mark.
