Luke Grodeska launched a mark of 65-10.75 on Wednesday to win his second straight outdoors Meet of Champions title. That throw ranks seventh on the past 20 years list at MOCs.
Grodeska amassed 11 wins in the shot put this season and was undefeated against New Jersey athletes. His best throw, a PR of 68-0.75, came at Monmouth County Championships back in May which still ranks US#7.
