This week we have video of not one, not two, but three race winning anchor leg kicks by Deptford's Kiara Lester.
The video starts with the Group 2 fast heat of the 4x200 meter where Lester gets the baton in 2nd before cruising to victory, NJ#2 1:43.84. We move on from there to the 4x100 meter relay where the Deptford girls find themselves in a close third at the final hand off but have no fear as they end up winning with a NJ#4 time of 49.28. Then lastly Lester makes a final push in the 4x400 meter passing the leader on the back stretch and never looking back. Their 4x400 meter is now NJ#2 with a time of 4:00.01.
