The meet director still needs multiple names and seed times for the 3000 meter run. Seeds can be 3200 meter times meeting the standard of 10:00 for the boys and 11:30 for the girls. These times are allowed to be from last year as well as from cross country. Holmdel times will also be accepted.
Coaches please send the names of your 3000 meter athletes and their seed times to the meet director Kevin Dee at deekevin59@gmail.com.
The goal is to have the heats released this weekend.
