She hasn't lost a 5k race yet this season and is on target heading into state season as she goes for the repeat champion in her section! We're excited to see how Marin's senior year goes from here on out through track season where she also excels. One of Holmdel's finest since she came in as a freshmen four years ago. She recently won the Shore Conference Championships for a second straight time with a 17:39. You can watch that race here.

Some great times coming from Carleen Jeffers who is one of Ridgewood's top runners this season. Carleen recently placed fourth at the Bergen County Meet of Champions and looks confident and ready to lead her team into states season.

| Stanford University |
One of the best in the state right now for girls XC! She has chosen to join the already talented ranks of Stanford University. So far this season she's undefeated 5-0 in big time races recently winning the Bergen County Meet of Champions with a time of 17:30. Keep an eye out for this talented athlete all state season!

The number two runner on a Monmouth Regional squad that is on the rise. Recently ran an 18:56 for 20th at the Shore Conference Championships.

One of the top runners on a talented Randolph squad who unfortunately has a season ending stress fracture. Her last race was a big one though as she helped her squad win their county title at Morris County Championships running 18:50 for 5th.

| University of Pennsylvania | Paul Ehmann has been destroying his course and meet bests so far this season! He's won four of his six races only placing second in the ones he didn't take gold. He most recently won the Morris County Championships with a time of 15:46. | |
| Princeton University | Patrik Andersen, who has also announced himself as Super Spartan during an interview with me, has chosen Princeton University to continue his athletic and academic career. Most recently Patrik won the NJISAA Prep Championships with a time of 16:29, with two straight meet wins heading into states the Gill-St. Bernard's senior is looking strong. | |
