The very first running for this meet! They will be running the historic 5000 meter course at Holmdel in reverse. If you run here you have a meet record. More information and the meet schedule can be found on the meet page.
A smaller meet found in Stony Point, NY. Secaucus HS marked this meet down on their Team's MileSplit page, last year Ramsey ran here as well.
Always a solid large meet run here in New Jersey for the early season runners. Last year 46 teams attended this meet!!! Excited to see the results come in later tonight.

One of the longest running meets on tap this weekend the 37th running of the Newark Academy Invitational! Results will be posted to the meet page when available!
Briana Gess of Haddonfield Memorial will be opening up their invitational season this weekend at the Briarwood Invitational along with a few talented New Jersey squads. New Jersey schools attending: A P Schalick HS, Haddonfield Mem. HS, Lacey Twp. HS, Lenape Reg. HS, The Lawrenceville School, and West Deptford HS! Check out the meet page for more information. Noorrrttthhh Jerseyyy. This meet has been run for 20 years now! With many teams in attendence each year we should see some great times coming out way. The freshmen races run a 2-lap race that totals 2.25 miles. Every other race has a 3 lap course that adds up to 5000 meters.
I don't see New Jersey teams listed for this meet, however due to the proximity and that the meet is on the NJ calendar I am posting just in case. Let me know if you are going!
If you know where colleges are attending each week give me a heads up so I can try to track down results and meet information! If you send in stories I will look to post them as well.

We will now be carrying the Lakeland Junior XC meet series and stats on the site! These meets field competitors from the ages of 7 to 14. Check out the devoted rankings. Thanks to MCCATS and Len Pietrewicz for making these results in a format that is easily entered into the system.
The Cherokee Challenge is actually also a Middle School meet! This is where Briana Gess ran a monster meet record 1.5 mile time of 7:38 in 2012. Who will be this year's future high school talent to step up?!!
