David Njoku brings home a national title! He was aiming for 7-3 and won on a 6-11 clearance but David will be happy for now with a national championship! The Miami football commit skipped straight to attempting 7-3 after clearing 6-11 in hopes for a personal record. His best came during groups this year when he cleared 7-1 to win the Group 1 title before also winning the Meet of Champions with a 7-0 jump.

In the same event Ian Kirk of Howell HS placed 5th with a 6-09 jump, he had tied his personal best just the week before at the Meet of Champions with a 6-10 clearance.
