Danielle Tauro won the Millrose Games HS 1 Mile Run Friday night for the second year in a row. Tauro, of Southern Regional HS (Manahawkin) took the race in 4:52.81. Cory McGee was second (4:53.90) with Chanelle Price of Easton PA 3rd (4:53.99).Jillian Smith, Tauro's sophmore teammate, was 4th in 4:54.35.

In other High School action, Camden High School scored another Jersey win, running 3:26.87 in the Suburban HS 4x400m Relay. Trenton Central was 3rd in the race with a time of 3:33.44
The Girls Suburban race saw the East Orange (4:02.21) and Woodrow Wilson (4:04.25) teams take 4th and 5th respectivly.
In the last High School event of the 100th Millrose Games, Kyle Soloff , a senior from Morris Hills, finished 2nd (4:17.99) in the Boys Mile. The winner of the race was Jason Weller of Boyertown PA (4:15.81). Steve Murdock of Shenendehowa, NY, a pre-rave favorite was 3rd in 4:18.14
