I interviewed some NJ athletes after their fantastic performances.
Interview with the West Windsor-Plainsboro South Boys who ran a US#1 DMR at the Eastern State Champs with a 10:13.6!!
Ben Malone of Pascack Valley wins the boys 2 mile at Eastern State Champs.
Justin Love of Matawan FINALLY breaks 6-6 and jumps out to 6-09 at Eastern State Champs for a personal best, NJ#1, tied US#5, School Record, and wins the event.

Freehold Township girls take the 4x800! 9:13.82! All the while wearing purple.
11:54.63 LENAPE girls DMR VICTORY! US#2!
The Timber Creek boys DID WORK! Winning both the 4x4 (3:22.91) and the 4x2 (1:29.72)!
Boys DMR was fantastic! West Windsor-Plainsboro South boys do NJ proud and finish strong for first! In 10:13.60! US#1!!!!! So sweet. And for St. Benedict's Prep I am pretty sure Cheserek ran about a 4:10.1 1600m leg.. crazy.
Jacob Clark of Pleasantville ran about a 1:52.2 leg in the 4x800m. Pleasantville boys a 7:45.55 in the 4x8! US#1!!!
