39th ANNUAL RANDOLPH SHOT PUT INVITATIONAL

Freshman Girls
Sophomore Girls

ORDER OF EVENTS: We will be using 4 circles
Junior & Senior Boys 5:00 pm
Junior & Senior Girls 5:00 pm
Sophomore & Freshmen Boys Follow Junior & Senior Boys
Sophomore & Freshmen Girls Follow Junior & Senior Girls
MEET GUIDELINES
GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. NJSIAA rules will govern.
2. Entries are unlimited in all classes.
3. Starting time: 5:00 pm
4. Entry Fee: $8.00/athlete/event.
5. Entry Deadline: Friday, January 23, 2015 by 11:59pm
6. Entries are only accepted by
Mile Split will provide an Invoice, please return that invoice with your payment.
7. Awards:
Medals awarded to the top six (6) places in each of the eight (8) classes (4 girls & 4 boys).
Trophy to the longest boys thrower. (Excluding FR)
Trophy to the longest girls thrower.
Trophy to the team that accumulates the most points in all eight (8) classes.
8. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SHOT PUT MEET:
a. Freshman boys will use the 4 kilo shot
b. Sophomore, Junior, and Senior boys will throw the 12 lb. shot
c. All girls will use the 4 kilo shot
d. Flights will consist of 5 - 7 throwers
e. Five minute warm-up between flights
f. Each competitor will receive 4 throws, NO FINALS.
Throwers will be seeded, the best throwing last. Please indicate a mark for each
competitor which has been achieved during the 2015 season. No practice or estimated marks.
