Group 4 Boys - Final - Hunterdon Central 35, Rancocas Valley 32, Trenton, 30.
Group 4 Girls - Finals - South Brunswick 48, Randolph 36, Kingsway 30.
Distance Medley Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - Princeton runs a hot time for the win 10:29.82 NJ#4 US#10, second was Old Bridge at 10:38.24.
Girls - The Kingsway girls come back from behind on the last lap for a thrilling victory, out kicking both Lenape and Randolph to the line who finished second and third. Kingsway recorded 12:22.92 for NJ#1 US#13, Lenape 12:24.82 NJ#3, Randolph 12:29.68 NJ#5.
Shuttle Hurdle Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - Upset alert, Hunterdon Central runs very strong in the shuttle with a season best 30.43 NJ#3, out sprinting East Orange Campus to the line who ran 30.52. East Orange already ranked NJ#2 this season with their 29.89 from Essex County Relays.
Girls - Another close one! This time by .02, South Brunswick just gets to the line before Randolph running 32.50 NJ#2 to Randolph's 32.52 NJ#3.
4x200 Meter Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - Trenton Central earned a hard fought win in the 4x200 running 1:32.36, JUST off the Group 4 record of 1:32.33 set by South Brunswick in 2015. Heading into the final leg Trenton was neck and neck with Egg Harbor, second 1:32.72. This Trenton Central squad is already ranked NJ#4 this season with the 1:31.60 they ran at the CVC Relays on January 4th.
Girls - Rancocas Valley won this one with a NJ#4 time of 1:45.52, Columbia second out of the heat before RV running 1:46.37.
4x800 Meter Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - Hillsborough was cooking with an 8:09.55 NJ#7, Freehold Twp who was also battling for the lead took second 8:10.87 NJ#8.
Girls - Ridge girls run 9:38.80 for first Kingsway second 9:40.99. Ridge is already ranked NJ#1 US#6 with their 9:26.40 performances at the Molloy Stanner Games a week ago.
Sprint Medley Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - WOW Trenton out of the second to last heat with a 3:34.50 NJ#1 US#3, that is fourth all-time at the Toms River Bubble, and sets the Group 4 meet record! Right behind them winning the last year was Rancocas Valley at 3:34.86 NJ#2 US#5, fifth all-time at this venue. The previous Group 4 record was held by Washington Twp with a 3:35.14 in 2010. Old Bridge had a great race as well US#6 at 3:35.04 after a monster 800 meter leg by Rey Rivera to get them back in the race late.
Girls - Rancocas Valley wins another won with a 4:14.74 run, South Brunswick second 4:15.53.
4x400 Meter - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - East Orange, the top ranked team in the state, won with a time of 3:25.12. They've already ran 3:17.45 this season. In second was Egg Harbor 3:26.07.
Girls - Rancocas Valley 4:04.75, South Brunswick second 4:09.71.
Shot Put - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - Racocas Valley wins with a total distance of 99-00.25, Maurice Johnson second overall at 50-11 and Tariq Hills fifth 48-01.25. The best throw individually went to Toms River North's Ryan Roger who threw 52-08.25
Girls - Franklin girls won with 75-03, a total of the fourth and fifth best throws going to Naomi Amadi at 37-08 and Ahjure Barnes Williams 37-07. The best mark of the meet went to Najeaya Singleton with 42-01.5. She already ranks NJ#3 this season with a 42-3.25
High Jump - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - JFK Patterson won with a total of 12-10, Jason Thobourne 6-06 and Ronniel Johnson 6-04. The best height individually went to Semaj Willis of Trenton Central at 6-08, he is already ranked NJ#1 with a height of 6-10 this season.
Girls - South Brunswick wins with a total height of 10-08, Sydney Schneider and Courteney Campbell both at 5-04. The best jump of the meet went to Jessica Creedon of Ridge who cleared 5-06 NJ#1.
Boys - Hunterdon Central totaled 25-00 for the team relay win, David Bausmith 13-00 and Ryan Eppler 12-00. The best vault height individually of 13-06 went to two athletes Devin Kusmider from East Brunswick and Ryan Vimba of Ridgewood tying NJ#3.
Girls - Randolph cleared a total height of 19-00 for the win, led by Savanna Brackelmanns-Puig at 10-00 and Jordyn Kranis of Randolph 9-00.
