These lists are completely statistical and created by scoring returning times for each team on the state championship course, the historic Holmdel Park. We will be releasing a subjective ranking before the season starts as well.

Ocean City lost their number one and two with Evan Adanatzain and Ethan Yates graduating, but roster depth has come to play with decent times moving up in their top five for 2016. The Ocean City squad was ranked 25th last year on the Holmdel season team merge, and hold that spot in these pre-season rankings.
