We've got some hot seed times laid out for the Poreda Invitational in Lawrenceville, NJ on Wednesday. Given to us by meet management, these are coach entered unverified times but seeded goals none the less.

In the boys 4x800 meter Pennsylvania's Central Bucks West and Germantown Friends are looking to go under the eight minute barrier for the first time this season. No one has done so for Pennsylvania so far this indoor with Abington ranked PA#1 at 8:01.01.

New Jersey has two teams looking to get a top ten national time as well with both St. Benedict's Prep and Union Catholic seeded at 8:00.00. New Jersey has only had one team go sub-eight in 2016, the Morris Hills squad ranked US#1 with their 7:53.62 run. St. Benedict's Prep is currently ranked NJ#2 at 8:06.72 and Union Catholic is ranked NJ#3 at 8:10.26. Right now there are only five teams listed under eight minutes in the country.

In the girls spring medley relay Germantown Friends and Union Catholic will be going head to head. In 2015 Germantown was ranked US#4 with their 4:02.99 at Nationals, they haven't ran the event so far this season. Union Catholic is looking to take back their state lead in New Jersey currently set at NJ#2 with 4:11.69 which won Union County Relays.

They lost the lead to Lenape Regional HS on January 15th when Lenape posted a NJ#1 US#4 time of 4:10.22. Also in this race seeded at 4:25.5, so we wonder if the full team is running. If so we could have an awesome multi-team showdown.

The Union Catholic girls still hold the state lead in the shuttle hurdles and 4x200 meter relays.
