Coach Sean McCafferty wanted to let everyone know the annual Sunday runs at Holmdel High School will once again be starting July 5th.
- Meet at 8 am (at Holmdel HS) and start running at 8:15
- Every Sunday for 6 weeks starting July 5th
- Informal meetings for individuals and teams, it is free
- Music, water, Gatorade, and yes the watermelon!
Cross country will be here before you know it, might as well get those off-season miles in with fellow runners on New Jersey's state meet course.
