■ Boys Distance Medley
Kingsway wins by over ten seconds running 10:42.95. Middletown North 10:54.08, Millburn 10:55.57, Morristown 11:00.30, Pascack Valley 11:01.30, Mendham 11:04.64.
■ Girls Distance Medley
Northern Highlands holds a strong lead with Catherine Pagano as anchor to bring it home at 12:24.68 NJ#2 US#11! Toms River South 12:39.27, Millburn 12:39.90, Mount Olive 12:44.32, Ocean City 12:57.99, Timber Creek 12:58.19.
■ Boys Shuttle Hurdles
Winslow Twp wins the shuttle with a 31.78, Morris Knolls 32.16, Middletown North 32.25, Roxbury 32.37, Scotch Plains-Fanwood 32.71, JF Kennedy Iselin 32.95.
■ Girls Shuttle Hurdles
Winslow wins with a 32.03 NJ#2, Timber Creek 32.84 NJ#6, Absegami 34.11, Roxbury 34.66, Kingsway 34.70, Lacey 34.88.
■ Boys 4x200m Relay
Pennsauken takes gold! They run 1:32.82, they already hold the NJ#4 spot with their 1:32.01 from the Hispanic Games. Second is Scotch Plains-Fanwood 1:33.70, Winslow Twp 1:33.92, Kingsway 1:35.31, JFKennedy Iselin 1:35.59, Middletown North 1:35.98.
■ Girls 4x200m Relay
Timber Creek takes it at the line! 1:46.78 to win and a NJ#5! Pennsauken second 1:46.95, Winslow Twp 1:47.01, Kingsway 1:47.20, Mendham 1:51.85, Toms River South 1:51.82.
■ Boys 4x800m Relay
Kingsway out duals Winslow to win the 4x800m. Kingsway posts an 8:16.02, Winslow Twp 8:24.61, Morristown 8:31.52, Pascack Valley 8:35.63, Sparta 8:38.44, Middletown North 8:38.90.
■ Girls 4x800m Relay
Mount Olive girls take the 4x800m in a NJ# 5 time of 9:53.81! Northern Highlands 9:54.82, Winslow Twp 9:56.24, Woodbridge 9:58.09, Ocean City 10:07.11, Kingsway 10:11.65.
■ Boys Sprint Medley
Kingsway is just rolling through the meet now with multiple gold medal finishes coming from both the track and the field. They continue with a win in the Sprint Medley that came during a kick on the last lap.
Kingsway won with a tie of 3:42.46, Winslow Twp 3:43.12, Montville 3:43.78, Wayne Valley 3:45.13, Mendham 3:47.48, Middletown North 3:50.04.
■ Girls Sprint Medley
Catherine Pagano just came back from multiple places behind, possibly 7th on the anchor leg of the SMR to win! CRAZY 2:12 split! NJ#3 US#7 total time of 4:11.94!!

■ Boys 4x400m Relay
Mendham wins the 4x400m with a time of 3:29.67, Winslow Twp 3:31.52, Timber Creek 3:32.03, JFKennedy Iselin 3:34.28, Scotch Plains-Fanwood 3:34.60, Pennsauken 3:35.12.
■ Girls 4x400m Relay
Timber Creek 4:03.76, Winslow 4:04.62, Woodbridge 4:08.30, Kingsway 4:08.52, Northern Highlands 4:11.19, Pennsauken 4:15.75.
■ Boys Shot Put
Keith Runne
Montville boys win led by Joosung Lee at 49-07.25 and Alex Rodgers at 49-03.75!
■ Girls Shot Put
Burlington Twp wins the team relay with a total of 74-10.25. They were led by Ronetta Hunter with a mark of 39-11, the second best of the meet, and Lorpu Sankon in 6th with 34-11.25.
The best throw of the meet was Michelle Mazza's throw of 39-11.50. Her team took second in the shot put relay standings.
■ Boys High Jump
Timber Creek wins the high jump relay with a total of 12-04. They were led by Larry Russell with the highest clearance of the meet at 6-08. Sage Brown added to his height with a 5-08 jump to win the day. Larry Russell's height of 6-08 is now tied for NJ#1 and US#4!
■ Girls High Jump
Winslow Twp takes gold with a total height of 10-04 thanks to Gabrielle Bennett at 5-08 tying the NJ#1 height and Maryn Hess at 4-08.
■ Boys Pole Vault
Kingsway wins with 23-06 total height, they were led by Rya Egri at 12-00 and Jacob Metheny at 11-06. The best jump of the day went to Joseph Egri of JFK Iselin at 13-06 now tied at NJ#2.
■ Girls Pole Vault
Millburn takes the Pole Vault Relay with 20-00 total. They were led by Eliana Sirkin at 10-06, Amber Teetsel 9-06. The leading Vaulter of the day was Julia Mszanski of Mendham at 10-6.
