The Union Catholic boys continue their take over as they headed to the west coast this weekend to show them how it's done at the Arcadia Invitational. On Friday the 4x200m team of Taylor McLaughlin, Obafemi Animashaun, Jordan Jimerson, and Steve Franco (as seen in the picture below from left to right) finished first in the Boys Invitational with a time of 1:27.18 which sits NJ#1 US#22 this spring season. UC would also finished second in the 4x110m Shuttle Hurdles Relay with a time of 60.43.

On the girls side we were also represented well in California thanks to the UC girls 4x200m squad who finished 4th overall with a time of 1:40.99 a NJ#1 time early on.

We also saw Andrew Ghizzone of Union Catholic and Tim Schanstra of Pope John XXIII compete in the Decathlon placing ninth and tenth!
