Online Registration Instructions

Attention Coaches

Important Pre Meet Information

* Please enter a seed mark for all events entered even if you enter a estimated time / mark. It will help us seed the meet properly. If you do not enter a seed time, you will be assigned to the slowest heat.

* Heats will be determined by Clerks at event Check In.

* We will be using 4 venues for the Throwing events, not 3. This may cause some adjustments in the Throws Scheduling. Details will be announced prior to the start of competition.

When completing your online entry, keep in mind that your entry fee is $20 per Relay entered and that your entry cost caps at $300 per gender.

To avoid confusion on the day of the meet, please enter your complete team rosters into the MileSplit data base whether the athlete will be competing or not. Athletes cannot be added on the day of the meet.

Important Note to Coaches regarding the 4x1600m Relay (B & G)
The 4x1600m Relays will consist of 4 runners competing individually in appropriately seeded heats with their times being combined and scored as a Relay Event. Teams may enter less than 4 runners, but no more than 4 runners per school.

Order of Events: Running events (Girls precede Boys)

Fastest Heat Will Run FIRST

o 4 x 1600m

o 3 x 400m Intermediate Hurdles

o 1600m SMR (200-200-400-800)

o 4 x 100m

o Novice 4 x 800m

o 4 x 800m

o 800m SMR (100-100-200-400)

o Mike Murphy Memorial Shuttle Hurdles (Trophy to the winning teams)

o Novice 4 x 200m

o 4 x 200m

o Distance Medley Relay - (1200-400-800-1600)

o Novice 4 x 400m

o 4 x 400m

No "B" Teams

Field Events

9:00AM Start

Order of Events: (all field events are 2 person)

o Boys Shot Put --- followed by Girls Shot Put

o Boys Discus ----- followed by Girls Discus

o Girls Javelin ----- followed by Boys Javelin

o Novice Throwing events will begin at the conclusion of the Varsity events- same order

o Boys and Girls Pole Vault (2 pits)

Opening Heights: Girls 6, 7, & then every 6 inches thereafter.

Boys 9, 10, & then every 6 inches thereafter.

o Boys and Girls High Jump (2 pits)

Opening Heights: Girls 4, 43, 46, & then every 2 inches...

Boys 5, 53, 56, & then every 2 inches...

o Boys & Girls Long Jump (2 pits) --- followed by Boys & Girls Triple Jump

Open Pit --- Long Jump 9:00 11:00AM; Triple Jump 11:00AM 1:00PM
