The squad was led by Sydney McLaughlin's 55.8 leg in the opening 400 meters and finished strong with freshman Leena Morant's 2:19.1 800 meter. SMR Splits: Sydney McLaughlin 55.8, Amaya Chadwick 26.0, Asiah Cooper 26.8, Leena Morant 2:19.1This was one of five event titles won on the track for the Union Catholic girls who also struck gold in the 4x200m (1:46.92), 4x400m (4:06.59), DMR (13:10.59), and 4x51.5m Shuttles (31.28). The team scored 72 points total for their fourth straight county relay championship.
