Girls: Freehold Twn takes first in 9:29.91! Record record record.
Boys:CBA take first despite a strong effort by Holmdel. The brothers ran 8:08.65 and Holmdel an 8:13.23.
►►Shuttle Hurdle
Girls:Colts Neck takes first with a 36.17 relay.
Boys:Another victory for CBA taking this one in 30.75.
►►4x200m
Girls: Matawan takes first in 1:52.42, just squeaking ahead of Long Branch (1:52.69) and Freehold Twn (1:52.92).
Boys:CBA sets school record in 4x200 clocking 1:33.74! Nice work.
►►Sprint Medley (200, 200, 400, 800)
Girls:Freehold Twn nails another relay taking first in 4:17.52, second was Ocean Twn with 4:27.85.
Boys: Marlboro out kicks Matawan for first place running a 3:38.84 to Matawan's 3:41.49.
►►Distance Medley (1200, 400, 800, 1600)
Girls:St. John Vianney grabs first place by a solid 25 second lead! Running 12:30.78.
Boys: Red Bank Catholic takes first with a 10:37.83!!, second is Middletown North in 10:39.24!
►►4x400m
Girls: Freehold Twn doesn't like to share and takes first again with a 4:09.80 in the ever exciting 4x400m relay.
Boys: Christian Brothers Academy has a gold subscription hitting a 3:27.58 for first place.
►►High Jump
Girls: Individually this even was led by Kristen Hassenkamp of Middletown North and Joy Price of Matawan both at 5-00, the winning relay team goes to Price and her teammate Gaynelle Boham of Matawan though. Boham set the bar at 4-10.
Boys: You know Justin Love had to be in this mix of results, he lead overall just couldn't get over the 6'8" bar and settled for 6'6" he and his teammate Singh Pritinder (5'6'') took first as a team.
►►Pole Vault
Girls: Girls only saw 3 athletes make opening hieght, they were led by Matawan's Niclole Macco at 9-06. No relay teams were awarded.
Boys: The boys had some more success in this event, Matawan leading the way again thanks to Derek Hona (12-00) and Matthew Isaacson (10-06).
