Kelsey Chmiel & Jacqueline Gaughan turned things up this evening as they posted US #3 & US #5 times in the 3200m. Chmiel's 9:59 and Gaughan's 10:05 were roughly 20 seconds PB's for both of these athletes as their previous bests in the 3200m were 10:19 and 10:24. Chmiel's 9:59 makes the NY #3 all time and second in Loucks Games history behind Aisling Cuffe 9:56 in 2011.
Chmiel did this all after splitting 4:42 in the DMR the night before as the Saratoga Spring Girls ran 11:41 for US #1.
