400 Meter Dash - Full Group 1 Merge
Haig Rickerby of McNair Academic had a busy day on Saturday winning two events including the 400 and the 800 meter as well as qualifying for the Group 1 Championships in the 55 meter dash. This video shows his 50.35 victory in the 400 meter during the North 2 Group 1 Sectional. He won this event the past two indoor seasons as well. So far this season he ranks NJ#7 with a 49.90 posted during his win at the Hudson County Championships a week ago.
