We saw two state leading 200 meter dash times from this meet. For the boys Martin Booker Jr of Pennsauken won the meet with a 22.69 NJ#1 US#16 and on the girls side Cecelia Gerstenbacher of Deslea opened her season with a 25.84 NJ#1 US#13. Gerstenbacher also won the 55 meter dash with a NJ#4 time of 7.40.
The sprints were hot at this meet, in the boys 400 meter Alex Dessoye of Egg Harbor Twp ran 50.52 NJ#2 US#7. In the girls 400 meter Flora Ahiarakwe of Winslow Twp won with a NJ#6 60.70.
The girls 1600 meter brought some great performances as well led by Sterling's Madison Copplino who ran a 5:18.11 for NJ#5, three girls ranked top ten from that race. In the 800 meter Kalin Priest of Highland Regional posted a NJ#5 time winning with a 2:25.35.
