Christina Rancan and Kaitlyn Mooney had taken the race way out leaving the rest of the field struggling to even keep the hard pace. Then while those two were battling on the last lap Ciara Roche came back into the picture, passing Mooney midway through the last turn and then leaving everything she had on the track to catch Rancan with maybe 20 meters to go. The girls had the crowd on their feet.
The race had even more to offer than that finish, there were nine girls total who wen sub-five minutes in this race. Including today's performances there are only 21 New Jersey girls who can say that this entire season so far! Check the full results listed below.
