Girls Highlights and Winners

Group 3 4x400m - Winslow Twp wins with 4:06.09 holding off a last push by Absegami who finished 2nd with 4:07.99.
Group 3 3200m - Alyssa Aldridge!! She lapped the entire field to run 10:47.06! Without 2 mile conversions, which she leads with a 10:38.53c time, that is the fastest 3200m this season. She also breaks the SJG3 meet record set by Chelsea Ley of Kingsway back in 2008 at 10:55.40.
Group 2 4x400m - Deptford wins with a cool 4:08.22.
Group 2 3200m - Katie Bragen wins her second title of the day with an 11:09.20. She also won the 1600m.
Group 3 55m - Donjai Upshaw of Highland Reg wins with a time of 7.34 Ties NJ#7
Group 2 55m - Kiara Lester of Deptford wins with a 7.22, a .14 victory! NJ#1!
Group 3 Shot - Ciara Johnson of Winslow wins with a throw of 37-05.75.
Group 2 Shot - Won by Elisia Lancaster of Delsea with a mark of 38-05.
Group 3 PV - Brittney Raffo of Seneca breaks the meet record at 10-08 NJ#9! Previous record was from 2012 set at 10-07 by Moorestown's Alexandra Elder.
Group 2 HJ - Quinn Bithell of Lower Cape May wins with a 5-02 clearance.
Group 3 800m - Kayla Martin wins her second gold of the day with her 2:19.48.
Group 2 800m - Sterling's Sydney Coppolino wins out kicking the field at 2:22.72.
Group 3 55H - Brittany Preston of Winslow Twp wins with a time of 8.36
Group 2 55H - Talyah Cox of Delsea wins with a finish time of 8.65.
Group 3 HJ - Kai Starnes of Timber Creek wins on jumps at 5-02 over Mariah Hubbard at 5-02 in 2nd.
Group 2 PV - Ashley Preston a sophomore from Delsea wins with a 10-00 clearance.
Group 3 1600m - Kayla Martin of Seneca takes the win at 5:11.91 with Alyssa Aldridge right behind at 5:12.55.
Group 2 1600m - Katie Bragen of Pt Pleasant Boro wins with a 5:11.57. Eight seconds ahead of the rest of the pack.
Group 3 400m - Winslow Twp goes 1-2-3 thanks to Flora Ahiarakwe 60.34, Brittany Preston 60.44, and Iyianna Williams 61.75.
Group 2 400m - Kiara Lester of Deptford opens up the SJG2&3 meet with a 57.76 NJ#2 win in the 400 meter! Aliyah Taylor in 2nd NJ#4 at 58.21. Lester breaks her own SJG2 meet record set last year at 58.17.

Boys Highlights and Winners

Group 3 4x400m - Timber Creek sets a new meet record with a time of 3:23.70 NJ#3! Well ahead of the rest of the field. The previous record was held by Oakcrest at 3:25.06 set in 2012.
Group 3 3200m - Jose Figueroa of Highland Regional wins his second gold medal with a 9:44.86.
Group 2 4x400m - Deptford brings it home with a 3:31.44 after holding off a last effort from Willingboro at the line! Willingboro second with 3:31.64.
Group 2 3200m - Mike Ungvarsky gets the win with 9:45.77. Placed second in the 1600m earlier today.
Group 3 55m - Pennsauken's Martin Booker takes the win with room to spare crossing at 6.56.
Group 3 800m - Absegami senior Bobby Maguire's 2:01.08 wins the SJG3 title.
Group 2 800m - Tyler Davidson of Willingboro wins an exciting race with 2:02.11 over Tom Long of Cinnaminson 2nd at 2:02.61.
Group 2 Shot - Marcus Carter of Deptford throws 50-05.5 to win.
Group 2 55m - Paul Wickwire of Barnegat wins a tight race with 6.66! Marques Miller of Oakcrest 6.68 for second.
Group 2 PV - Jarrod Brovero of Delsea clears 14-00 for the win!
Group 3 HJ - Matt Grillo a senior from Mainlan Reg wins at 6-02.
Group 3 55H - Sean David of Highland Regional puts up the fastest time of the meet at 7.72.
Group 2 55H - Tyler Garland of Deptford takes it with room to spare at 7.74.
Group 3 Shot - Toms River East goes 1-4-6! Dan Gilligan throws 57-03.5 for NJ#4 and to win. Teammates Hunter Gibbons and Brandon Burdge also moving on to Groups.
Group 3 1600m - Jose Figueroa of Highland Regional hits a PR winning with 4:29.54.
Group 2 1600m - George Tenenberg a sophomore from Delsea comes from 4th at the bell to win the 1600m with a 4:31.78!
Group 3 PV - Kyle Loveland of Moorestown wins at 12-06!
Group 2 HJ - Yasin Gresham of Willingboro wins on jumps at 5-10 over Myles Davis of Deptford.
Group 3 400m - Marquan Jones of Pennsauken takes the win with a 50.76.
Group 2 400m - It came right down to the line! Tyler Davidson of Willingboro out leans Francis Terry of Sterling to win 50.86 to 50.95.
