There will be an adjustment to the entry process for the state xc Groups and Moc. This will be a one year pilot.
The entry procedure for the sectionals remains unchanged, you may substitute up to 3 names on site the day of the sectional. However we are amending the procedure for the Group meet and the Meet of Champions as follows: the coach may submit roster changes up to midnight of the Thursday before the groups ( 11/12 ) and up to midnight of the Thursday (11/19) before the MOC. Coaches may make up to 3 substitutions to their respective girls and or boys roster by that deadline. The now (substituted-new) name will replace one of the existing names currently on the roster, so the total of 8 will be maintained. At the time you make your substitution you will be notified of the new (substituted) runners Competitor number via email. There will be no additional substitutions the day of the Groups or MOC.
At our post season committee meeting this entire process will be reviewed
