The Distance Medley seeded heat is off and it looks like a great race.
Haddonfield takes gold with room to spare, Haddon Twp's Luke Petela put a great effort to catch up but it was just out of reach.
Haddonfield ended up running 10:36.44 for first NJ#5 US#14, Haddon Twp 10:40.69, Pleasantville 10:48.49, AP Schalick 11:03.76, Wallkill Valley 11:05.31, Glen Rock 11:18.35

Briana Gess about to make her indoor state debut with Haddonfield's DMR.
The Haddonfield girls blast around a 12:32 which will be a meet record. Briana Gess split the anchor leg 1600m around a 5:01! Official times coming.
Official time for Haddonfield us 12:32.48 NJ#2 and a Group 1 meet record that replaces Bernards' 2013 time of 12:39.50. Metuchen was second with 12:42.84, Spotswood 13:09.05, Weequahic 13:17.68, Newton 13:26.34, Haddon Twp 13:33. 39.
■ Boys Shuttle Hurdles
Willingboro wins the title with a 31:19 NJ# 5 US#8. Palmyra 31.20, Weequahic 31.84, Hasbrouck Heights 32.37, Audubon 33.09, Abraham Clark 33.15.
■ Girls Shuttle Hurdles
Weequahic wins with a 33.44 NJ#8 time. Butler 34.17, 35.56, Jonathan Dayton 35.56, Hasbrouck Heights 35.57, Newark Tech 37.37.
■ Boys 4x200m Relay
Willingboro wins the 4x200m in an exciting finish down to the final stretch. Official times to come.
Willingboro won with a time of 1:34.03, Glassboro 1:34.56, Abraham Clark 1:35.21, Metuchen 1:35.75, Whippany Park 1:36.28, Shabazz 1:36.39.
■ Girls 4x200m Relay
Really close race for the girls, not even sure who won. Waiting on official results.
Weequahic wins it by a hair with a 1:50.99! Metuchen second with 1:51.00! Shabazz 1:51.12, Haddonfield 1:51.15, Newark Tech 1:52.07, Glen Ridge 1:52.16.
■ Boys 4x800m Relay
Pleasantville takes home gold! They run 8:11.47 for NJ#8 to win. Haddonfield 8:16.62, Willingboro 8:20.51, Haddon Twp 8:21.27, AP Schalick 8:28.67, and Shore Regional 8:32.37.
■ Girls 4x800m Relay
Seeded heat is currently speeding around the track. Haddonfield distance girls do it again and bring home gold for the Dawgs.

Roselle wins with a 3:42.24, Haddonfield 3:44.92, Haddon Hts 3:46.62, Cinnaminson 3:46.85, McNair Academic 3:48.76, Buena 3:49.15.
■ Girls Sprint Medley Relay
Haddonfield girls win with room to spare! Haddonfield clocks in at 4:15.61 NJ#4, Weequahic 4:21.51, Metuchen 4:23.16, Metuchen 4:23.16, Newton 4:27.26, Roselle 4:31.33, Saddle Brook 4:33.14.
■ Boys 4x400m Relay
Three wide finish at the line!! Roselle 3:31.39, Willingboro 3:31,43, Shabazz 3:31.58, Metuchen 3:37.44, Haddonfield 3:38.25, Shore Regional 3:38.59!
■ Girls 4x400m Relay
Haddonfield 4:06.15, Weequahic 4:10.90, Newark Tech 4:12.79, Metuchen 4:13.10, Hasbrouck Heights 4:18.12, Butler 4:22.16.
■ Boys Shot Put
Willingboro takes first in the Shot Put Relay with a 92-03.75 total. Yeisont Medina lead the team with 46-10.50, Isaiah Marshall 45-05.25.
The best throw of the meet was Ryan Addlesberger of Cinnaminson at 47-09.

■ Girls Shot Put
Whippany Park takes first with 75-07.75 total. The state leader Nickolette Dunbar led the meet and her team with 43-11.75, complimented by Kathryn Matrisciano at 31-08.

■ Boys High Jump
Weequahic takes gold in the relay with Nasir Cooper jumping 6-02 and Divine Mercer 6-00. The best clearance of the day came from Tyriq Adams at 6-04.
■ Girls High Jump
Whippany Park takes the relay title with a total of 10-02. They were led by Kristen Hall at 5-02 and Gina Dello Russo at 5-00. Sarah Unger took first individually at 5-02.
■ Boys Pole Vault
New Providence takes gold led by Sebastian Camacho at 12-00 and Josh Ornovitz at 11-00. Best vault of the day goes to Travis Fisher at 13-00.
■ Girls Pole Vault
Whippany Park takes the team title with 18-00 total. Danielle Cozzarelli led the way with 10-00 and Gina Dello Ruso 8-00.
