Distance Medley

West Windsor Plainsboro South runs a US#2 NJ#2 (as of the rankings this morning) with 10:29.57!!

Old Bridge second 10:34.06 NJ#3 US#4, Egg Harbor 10:36.77, Cherry Hill East 10:36.79, Westfield 10:42.10, Rancocas Valley 10:42.60.

Shuttle Hurdles Relay

Union wins with a 30.54! NJ#1 US#2!

Second is Hunterdon Central 31.29, South Brunswick, 31.33, East Orange, 31.62, Linden, 31.73, Sayreville 31.76.

■ 4x200m Relay

South Brunswick takes a firm lead in the 4x200m and holds it to win with 1:32.33! NJ#5!

Montgomery 1:34.18, East Orange 1:34.30, Sayreville 1:34.31, Egg Harbor 1:34.89, Rancocas Valley 1:35.02.

***The Bubble the Bennett Complex appeared to start slowly deflate in one corner. The crowd was panicked for a few minutes and some exited the building. The deflated area was fixed quickly while most were still wondering what was happening and we were able to return to the meet. A scary moment for everyone who didn't realize when areas of the complex started to panic. All is well now and so track on!

■ 4x800m Relay

West Windsor Plainsboro South strikes again! Winning the 4x800 with an 8:06.73! That is oddly enuogh the same EXACT time they ran at Lavino for NJ#3.

Old Bridge 8:07.06, South Brunswick 8:17.15, Ridge 8:21.18, Cherry Hill East 8:22.49, North Bergen 8:26.65.

■ Sprint Medley Relay

Old Bridge takes gold with a 3:38.45.

Montgomery in second out of the second to last heat running 3:38.60, Egg Harbor 3:39.45, Rancocas Valley 3:40.13, Linden 3:20.33, Columbia 3:41.63.

■ 4x400m Relay

Old Bridge wins with a 3:28.87, East Orange 3:29.64, South Brunswick 3:30.88, Egg Harbor 3:31.09, Hunterdon Central 3:32.85, Lenape 3:33.25.

■ Shot Put Relay

Vlad Castillo Jr of Montgomery blasts a 54-05.5 to take first individually, teammate Nate Schembor marks 45-03.75 to give Montgomery the team title.

■ High Jump

Devin Bradham of Williamstown and Semaj Willis of Trenton cleared 6-06 and both were so close to getting over the 6-08 bar.

Eastern Regional takes the team title with a total of 12-04 thanks to Timothy Farrar and Cinque Hill both at 6-02!

■ Pole Vault

Pole Vault Relay won at a combined height of 23-06 by Livingston! Matt Scavetta at 12-06 and Andrew Berger 11-00.
