About Me

2016 I became the Head Coach of the boys program at Clayton school in Clayton New Jersey. The following season I took over as girls sprint coach as well. I am USATF level one and two coaching certified, AAU coaching finger printed and registered, Rutgers University S.A.F.E.T.Y. certified. In the four years that I’ve been in the position of Head Coach at CHS I have led and mentored 13 New Balance high school national qualifiers, 9 NJSIAA NJ state champions, 14 NJSIAA South Jersey sectional champions. I coached my high school team to four consecutive Tri County Classic Division Championship team titles 2016-2019. 2013 I Co-founded T.S.T.F.A I oversee the daily operations of the track and field program, I develop meet strategies and adjust them according to various competitive situations, evaluate athletes to determine skill levels and areas of improvement.2001 Finishing up my collegiate career at Lincoln University Pennsylvania, competing against all NCAA levels. While competing I participated in championship track & field meets such as NCAA DIV two champs, IC4A’s and ECAC's.2000 While competing at Benedict College I was ranked 16th nationally in the 100m dash and qualified for the NAIA outdoor national championship. I competed in my first international competition at Simon Fraser University in Abottsford British Columbia Canada. After 3 years at Benedict College I transferred to Lincoln University PA.1996 I placed in the NJSIAA NJ indoor and outdoor high school state championships, anchored the bulldogs 400 meter relay team to it's first appearance at the Penn Relays in over 18 years. I had a successful high school career anchoring three of the bulldogs relays helping Glassboro to win it's first ever group one Woodbury relay team championship title.
