Coaches-
Thank you for your patience and flexibility with this year's invitational.
Here is the important information for tomorrow.
All details are also included on the course maps
1. Bus Driver Information:
The bus drop off / pickup is at the normal location.
Enter the facility and turn right into the first parking lot.
Busses can unload by the utility building.
Busses are to park on the dirt lot.
2. Packet pick up -
Coaches can pick up packets at bus drop off location
3. Team Camps -
The normal team camp area is still inundated with standing water.We are directing teams to follow the access road to the island field by the start/finish lines.
4. Course information -
The course has been flipped and we will start and finish on the island.
This 90 % of the course is on asphalt. Spikes are not needed on the course.
The Frosh course is 2 miles.
S/J/S course is 3 miles.
5. Race Schedule -
The race schedule will be followed and it is our intention to not have finishing athletes overlapped by outgoing runners.
6. Concessions-
There will be a very limited concession stand because of the late confirmation of the meet.
We are recommending that athletes provide their own munchies.
We will cold drinks and t-shirts.
